BIG CURVE LC3

High-end does not necessarily rhyme with unaffordable, Louis Chevrolet understood this concept well. It has always aimed to develop and market technologically advanced cars for the time at the most affordable price possible.

Faithful to our mentor, we have designed this Big Curve LC3 collection with automatic chronograph movement in the same state of mind in order to offer you high-end watches at a more attractive price.

EXCEPTIONAL MECHANICAL TIMEPIECES

High-end

Second collection to have seen the light of day after the brand's “Grand Virage” in 2016, the Big Curve LC3 models are Louis Chevrolet's top of the range.

Designed on the same pebble design as the LC1, these automatic chronographs also incorporate a very recognizable multi-layered dial, a reinforced crown block and a delicately decorated rotor.

A famous movement

What better way to power the watches in this collection than to integrate a movement that has already proven its worth in our Retro models, namely a Valjoux 7750.

Finely decorated with blued screws to add value, this movement is completed with a rotor reminiscent of the spokes of sports car rims.

The Big Curve LC3 Collection

At the heart of manufacturing

Well-defined sectors

The components integrated into the watches in the Big Curve LC3 collection are manufactured in stages and well-defined sectors: mechanical machining for the case and lugs, bar-turning for the screws, pushers and crown block, and use of laser for the decoration of the bridges making up the multi-layered dial.

Scratch resistant crystal

The domed anti-reflective two-sided sapphire crystal used on the models in this collection is undoubtedly one of the most important aesthetic elements of the watch, giving it its pebble appearance and protecting the entire dial and movement.

The multiple components of this watch are meticulously checked before the assembly sprocess can begin.

Assembly in stages

The assembly of the watches in this Big Curve LC3 collection takes place in several stages, with initially the assembly of the multilayer dial on the movement.

Once this has been done, the moment comes to insert the movement and dial into the pebble-shaped middle part which will have been previously fitted with its four meticulously polished lugs.

Bring the watch to life

The pushers and the crown block are then integrated into the watch before the domed sapphire crystal is driven in, as well as the back glass of these automatic chronographs.

Checking the water resistance to 10 ATM - 100 meters - on these timepieces completes the assembly process.

Before leaving our workshop, the watches are technically checked for at least 48 hours, as well as aesthetically before being marketed.
