Satisfied or refunded

1 Order error:
In case of model or article error during the order preparation, LCWC agrees to exchange the article. Return fees will be the responsibility of LCWC.

2 Return by the Customer:
The Customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the items. Return costs incurred by the customer are not refundable.
Upon receipt of the package, LCWC will judge the perfect condition of the items. No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly worn, damaged or their packaging damaged, rendering the product unfit for resale.
If the return is refused by LCWC, the items will be returned to the Customer at the expense of LCWC without the Customer being able to demand a refund or any compensation.

3 Reimbursement: 
In the event that LCWC performs a product refund, it will be made by crediting the Customer's bank account within a maximum of 14 days from the date of notification of the refund. LCWC may, however, defer repayment until the goods are recovered. LCWC will then reimburse all amounts paid as part of the order, including delivery charges if they have been invoiced.

4 Gift vouchers:
Gift vouchers are neither returned nor exchanged.


5 Assistance and complaint
For any question relating to the Site, the products sold by LCWC and for any claim relating to an order, the Customer is invited to contact LCWC by email at the following address: info@louischevrolet.ch, with its order number. LCWC will endeavor to respond to the Customer within reasonable time upon receipt of the request.
