1 Delivery method
Gift vouchers are exempt from delivery. Gift vouchers are sent by email.
2 LCWC commits to respect a delay of preparation between 24 and 48h for a delivery by the Swiss Post, UPS or any other carrier qualified according to the country of destination (subject to a positive evaluation of the payment by Credit Card or PayPal ). In case of delay in the delivery, LCWC will inform the Customer by email.
3 In case of deliverable items at different dates due to their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time. LCWC reserves the right to split deliveries. Participation in processing and shipping costs will only be charged for one shipment. LCWC cannot be held responsible for the consequences of late delivery. In case of delay, an email will be sent to the Customer.
4 In the event of a delay of more than 7 days in relation to the expected delivery date, the Customer may terminate the contract of sale and be reimbursed within a maximum of 7 days following its notification.
5 Upon delivery of the order, the Customer must verify its content and , in case of apparent non-compliance thereof, notify it by e-mail to the address info@louischevrolet.ch in the shortest time possible.
6 When the delivery agent presents a damaged package, the Customer must be able to refuse it.

Selling price, method of payment

1 Prices are quoted in Swiss francs, euros or dollars depending on the country of residence or delivery. The choice of region of residence and / or the currency is made at the entrance to the site.
2 LCWC reserves the right to change the price of the items at any time.
3 Items and additional fees will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of registration of the order.
4 Retention of title clause: the products remain the property of LCWC until full collection of the amount.
5 VAT according to the country of delivery is included at the end of the order process in "amount to be paid"
6 The payment of articles online is made by transfer, credit card, or Paypal. Accepted credit cards are: Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard.
7 LCWC makes every effort to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted over the internet. All data exchanged on the web is encrypted. The payment is completely secure.
